Hazel Gordy is an American model best known as the former wife of Jermaine Jackson, a prominent singer and songwriter.

Hazel Gordy was born in Detroit, Michigan, on August 24, 1954. Berry Gordy (founder of Motown Record Corporation) is her father, while Thelma Coleman is her mother (founder of Motown). The Motown Record Corporation manages artists such as Stevie Wonder and the Jackson 5.

 

Hazel Gordy has seven siblings, including Rhonda Ross Kendrick, Rockwell, Kerry Gordy, Redfoo, and Sherry Gordy. Her biological brothers are Berry Gordy IV and Terry James Gordy.

 

Although little is known about her educational history, Hazel Gordy attended a private school where she studied music.

 

Hazel Gordy married Jermaine Jackson of the Jackson 5 on December 15, 1973. Their marriage, however, ended when she realized her husband had been cheating on her with his lover, Margaret Maldonado.
