Justin Louis Thomas (born April 29, 1993) is an American PGA Tour player and former World No. 1 golfer. In 2017, Thomas had a breakout year, winning five PGA Tour events, including his first major championship at the PGA Championship, as well as the FedEx Cup.

Thomas joined Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, and Jordan Spieth as the only golfers to ever win five PGA Tour events in a single season. He won the FedEx Cup after finishing in second place at the Tour Championship.


Thomas briefly dethroned Dustin Johnson as the top-ranked golfer in the world in 2018, following a season in which he won two tournaments and engaged in a tense playoff with Phil Mickelson at the WGC-Mexico Championship.
