The property, which is located within the private and gated Oak Pass Road community, is right next door to restaurateur and reality star Lisa Vanderpump’s home, but it’s not just the star-studded location that makes Alba’s recent purchase a great find. The 1.85-acre estate features a traditional-style home that is reminiscent of a classic Hamptons classic, especially in terms of its light, open interiors. Although the property was originally listed for nearly $11 million, Alba was able to negotiate a price of $9.948 million.
