Madison Bumgarner is a 40-million-dollar American professional baseball player.

Madison Bumgarner was born in August 1989 in Hickory, North Carolina. Bumgarner is a right-handed batter who throws left-handed. As a senior, his high school team won the 2007 4A State Stat Championship, and he was named playoff MVP and Gatorade North Carolina Player of the Year. Bumgarner committed to the University of North Carolina but was drafted #10 in the 2007 MLB Draft by the San Francisco Giants. Madison pitched in the minor leagues before making his Major League Baseball debut in September 2009 for the Giants. From 2011 to 2019, he was a member of the San Francisco Giants. In December 2019, he signed with the Arizona Diamondbacks.

He has won three World Series Championships during his career, in 2010, 2012, and 2014. Additionally, he is a four-time MLB All-Star. In 2014, he was named the National League Championship Series MVP. Bumgarner holds the Major League Baseball record for a pitcher hitting two career grand slams (and for 2 grand slams by a pitcher in a single season). In July 2014, he also set a record by hitting a grand slam with his battery mate Buster Posey.

Madison signed a six-year, $35.56 million contract with the Giants in 2012. He signed a five-year, $85 million contract with the Diamondbacks in 2009.
